Kullanım Koşulları

Kısaca: Vocamap'i kişisel kullanım için ücretsiz kullanabilirsiniz. Premium abonelik otomatik yenilenir ve App Store hesap ayarlarınızdan istediğiniz an iptal edilebilir.

Vocamap'i ("uygulama") indirerek veya kullanarak bu koşulları kabul etmiş olursunuz. Uygulama, Ayali Studio ("biz") tarafından sunulmaktadır.

1. Lisans

Size uygulamayı kişisel ve ticari olmayan amaçlarla kullanmanız için sınırlı, devredilemez, münhasır olmayan bir lisans verilir. Uygulamayı kopyalayamaz, değiştiremez, tersine mühendislik yapamaz veya yeniden dağıtamazsınız.

2. Ücretsiz kullanım ve Premium abonelik

Uygulamanın temel özellikleri ücretsizdir ve günlük kullanım limitleri içerebilir (ör. günde sınırlı sayıda bulmaca). Vocamap Premium aboneliği sınırsız bulmaca, sınırsız ipucu ve reklamsız kullanım sağlar.

Abonelik seçenekleri: aylık veya yıllık.
Ücret, satın alma onayında Apple kimliğinize tanımlı ödeme yönteminden tahsil edilir.
Abonelik, mevcut dönemin bitiminden en az 24 saat önce iptal edilmediği sürece otomatik olarak yenilenir; yenileme ücreti dönemin bitiminden önceki 24 saat içinde tahsil edilir.
Aboneliği App Store hesap ayarlarınızdan istediğiniz an yönetebilir veya iptal edebilirsiniz; iptal, mevcut dönemin sonunda geçerli olur.
İadeler Apple'ın politikalarına tabidir; ödemeler Apple üzerinden yürütülür.

3. Sanal öğeler (coin)

Uygulama içindeki coin'ler gerçek para değeri taşımayan sanal öğelerdir; devredilemez, satılamaz ve iade edilmez. Hesap sistemi bulunmadığından coin'ler cihazınıza ve iCloud eşitlemenize bağlıdır.

4. Reklamlar

Ücretsiz sürümde ödüllü video reklamlar gösterilebilir. Reklam içeriklerinden ilgili reklam ağı sorumludur.

5. İçerik

Uygulamadaki kelimeler, çeviriler, örnek cümleler ve telaffuzlar eğitim amaçlıdır. İçeriğin doğruluğu için makul özen gösterilir ancak hatasız olduğu garanti edilmez.

6. Fikri mülkiyet

Uygulama, tasarımı ve içeriği Ayali Studio'ya aittir veya lisanslıdır. Kelime sıklığı verisi NGSL (New General Service List, CC BY) temellidir.

7. Sorumluluğun sınırlandırılması

Uygulama "olduğu gibi" sunulur. Yürürlükteki hukukun izin verdiği azami ölçüde, uygulamanın kullanımından doğan dolaylı zararlardan sorumlu değiliz. Zorunlu tüketici haklarınız saklıdır.

8. Fesih

Bu koşulları ihlal etmeniz hâlinde lisansınız sona erdirilebilir. Uygulamayı silerek kullanımı istediğiniz an bırakabilirsiniz.

9. Değişiklikler

Bu koşullar güncellenebilir; güncel sürüm bu sayfada yayımlanır. Değişiklikten sonra kullanıma devam etmeniz kabul anlamına gelir.

10. Uygulanacak hukuk

Bu koşullar Türkiye Cumhuriyeti hukukuna tabidir.

Terms of Use

In short: Vocamap is free for personal use. The Premium subscription renews automatically and can be cancelled at any time in your App Store account settings.

By downloading or using Vocamap ("the app"), you agree to these terms. The app is provided by Ayali Studio ("we").

1. License

You are granted a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the app for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, or redistribute the app.

2. Free tier and Premium subscription

The app's core features are free and may include daily usage limits (e.g. a limited number of puzzles per day). The Vocamap Premium subscription provides unlimited puzzles, unlimited hints, and an ad-free experience.

Subscription options: monthly or yearly.
Payment is charged to the payment method on your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase.
The subscription renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period; the renewal fee is charged within the 24 hours before the period ends.
You can manage or cancel the subscription in your App Store account settings at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period.
Refunds are subject to Apple's policies; all payments are handled by Apple.

3. Virtual items (coins)

In-app coins are virtual items with no real-world monetary value; they cannot be transferred, sold, or refunded. As there is no account system, coins are tied to your device and your iCloud sync.

4. Ads

The free tier may show rewarded video ads. The relevant ad network is responsible for ad content.

5. Content

Words, translations, example sentences, and pronunciations are provided for educational purposes. We take reasonable care regarding accuracy but do not guarantee the content is error-free.

6. Intellectual property

The app, its design, and its content are owned by or licensed to Ayali Studio. Word frequency data is based on the NGSL (New General Service List, CC BY).

7. Limitation of liability

The app is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect damages arising from the use of the app. Your mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

8. Termination

Your license may be terminated if you violate these terms. You may stop using the app at any time by deleting it.

9. Changes

These terms may be updated; the current version is published on this page. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye.
