Bu koşullar, Ayali Studio (Ali Sahbaz) tarafından sunulan Twofold uygulamasının kullanımını düzenler. Uygulamayı indirip kullanarak bu koşulları kabul etmiş olursunuz. Verilerinizin nasıl işlendiği Gizlilik Politikası'nda açıklanır.
Uygulama 13 yaşın altındaki kişilere yönelik değildir; yaşadığınız ülkede daha yüksek bir yaş sınırı varsa o sınır geçerlidir. Twofold iki kişinin karşılıklı rızasıyla kullanılır.
Davet kodunuzu yalnızca birlikte olduğunuz kişiyle paylaşın. Kodu kullanan kişi, çiftinize ait içeriği görür ve o içeriğe katkı yapar. Kodun yanlış kişiye ulaşmasından doğan sonuçlardan sorumlu değiliz.
Cevaplarınız, notlarınız, ses kayıtlarınız ve fotoğraflarınız size aittir. Hizmeti sunabilmemiz için — yani içeriği saklamak, partnerinize göstermek ve uygulamanın ürettiği kart/özetlere girdi yapmak için — sınırlı bir kullanım hakkı vermiş olursunuz. Bunun dışında içeriğinizi kullanmaz, yayımlamaz ve satmayız.
Uygulamayı başka birini taciz etmek, tehdit etmek, hukuka aykırı ya da başkasının haklarını ihlal eden içerik yüklemek veya bir başkasının adına eşleşmek için kullanamazsınız.
Twofold, partnerinizi izlemek veya denetlemek için tasarlanmamıştır; uygulamayı bu amaçla kullanmak koşullara aykırıdır.
Günlük sorular, hatırlatma kartları, haftalık özetler ve hedef önerileri otomatik olarak üretilir; hata veya isabetsizlik içerebilir. Bunlar ilişkiniz hakkında bir ölçüm, değerlendirme veya hüküm değildir.
Twofold bir sohbet aracıdır. Psikolojik danışmanlık, terapi veya tıbbi tavsiye sunmaz ve bunların yerine geçmez. Acil bir durumda ya da güvenliğiniz söz konusu olduğunda yetkili kurumlara ve bir uzmana başvurun.
Uygulamanın temel özellikleri ücretsizdir ve bazı sınırlar içerebilir. Twofold Premium aboneliği Apple App Store üzerinden işlenir, dönem sonunda otomatik yenilenir ve App Store hesap ayarlarınızdan istediğiniz an iptal edilebilir. Ücretsiz sürümdeki sınırlar zaman içinde değişebilir.
Özellikler eklenebilir, değiştirilebilir veya kaldırılabilir. Kullanımınızı önemli ölçüde etkileyen değişiklikleri uygulama içinden ya da bu sayfadan duyururuz.
Hesabınızı ve çiftinize ait verileri istediğiniz an uygulama içinden kalıcı olarak silebilirsiniz. Bu koşulların ağır ihlali hâlinde erişimi sonlandırma hakkımız saklıdır.
Uygulama “olduğu gibi” sunulur; kesintisiz ya da hatasız çalışacağı garanti edilmez. Yürürlükteki hukukun izin verdiği ölçüde, dolaylı zararlardan sorumlu değiliz. Tüketici mevzuatından doğan haklarınız saklıdır.
Bu koşullara Türkiye Cumhuriyeti hukuku uygulanır. Tüketici sıfatıyla kullanıyorsanız, yaşadığınız ülkenin emredici tüketici hükümleri saklıdır.

These terms govern use of the Twofold app, provided by Ayali Studio (Ali Sahbaz). By downloading and using the app you accept them. How your data is handled is explained in the Privacy Policy.
The app is not directed at people under 13; where your country sets a higher age limit, that limit applies. Twofold is used by two people with each other's consent.
Share your invite code only with the person you are together with. Whoever uses the code can see and contribute to your couple's content. We are not responsible for the consequences of a code reaching the wrong person.
Your answers, notes, voice recordings and photos belong to you. You grant us a limited right to use them so we can provide the service — that is, to store the content, show it to your partner and use it as input to the cards and summaries the app generates. Beyond that we do not use, publish or sell your content.
You may not use the app to harass or threaten anyone, to upload unlawful content or content that infringes someone else's rights, or to pair on someone else's behalf.
Twofold is not designed for monitoring or checking up on your partner; using it that way is against these terms.
Daily questions, memory cards, weekly summaries and goal suggestions are generated automatically and may be wrong or off the mark. They are not a measurement, an assessment or a verdict on your relationship.
Twofold is a conversation tool. It does not provide, and is no substitute for, psychological counselling, therapy or medical advice. In an emergency, or where your safety is at stake, contact the relevant authorities and a professional.
The core features are free and may include some limits. A Twofold Premium subscription is processed through the Apple App Store, renews automatically at the end of each period, and can be cancelled any time in your App Store account settings. Limits in the free version may change over time.
Features may be added, changed or removed. Changes that materially affect your use will be announced in the app or on this page.
You can permanently delete your account and your couple's data from within the app at any time. We reserve the right to end access in case of a serious breach of these terms.
The app is provided “as is”; we do not guarantee it will run uninterrupted or error-free. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect damages. Your statutory consumer rights are unaffected.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. If you use the app as a consumer, the mandatory consumer provisions of your country of residence continue to apply.
