Uygulamaya girerken e-posta, şifre veya telefon numarası vermezsiniz. İlk açılışta hesabınıza anonim bir kullanıcı kimliği (rastgele üretilmiş bir numara) atanır; sunucudaki kayıtlarınız bu numaraya bağlanır.
Uygulamada görünen tek kimlik bilgisi, kendi yazdığınız görünen addır. İstediğiniz adı yazabilirsiniz; doğrulanmaz ve yalnızca partnerinize gösterilir.
Eşleşme, birinizin ürettiği davet kodunu diğerine iletmesiyle kurulur.
Cihazınızı kaybetme ihtimaline karşı anonim kimliğinizi Apple hesabınıza bağlayabilirsiniz. Bunu yaparsanız Apple'ın uygulamaya özel ürettiği kullanıcı tanımlayıcısı ve — e-postanızı paylaşmayı seçerseniz — Apple'ın gizli aktarma adresi kimlik kaydınıza eklenir. Bu bağlantı yalnızca hesabınızı yeni bir cihazda geri getirmek için kullanılır ve zorunlu değildir.

Bu kayıtlara veritabanı düzeyinde yalnızca çiftin iki üyesi erişebilir. Teknik bakım veya arıza giderme gerektiğinde geliştirici olarak erişim teknik olarak mümkündür; buna yalnızca sizin talebiniz üzerine ya da bir arızayı çözmek için başvururuz.
Sesli cevaplarınız ve haritaya eklediğiniz yer fotoğrafları ayrı dosya alanlarında saklanır ve yalnızca çiftinize açıktır. Bir pini veya cevabı sildiğinizde ilgili dosya da silinir.
Harita bir takip özelliği değildir. Arka planda konumunuz izlenmez. Konum yalnızca “burada birlikteydik” diyerek bir pin eklediğiniz anda, tek seferlik olarak istenir ve o pinin koordinatı olarak kaydedilir.
Gitmek istediğiniz yerleri eklerken konum hiç istenmez; yer araması Apple'ın harita servisiyle yapılır. Konum iznini istediğiniz an sistem ayarlarından kaldırabilirsiniz, uygulamanın geri kalanı çalışmaya devam eder.
Günlük sorular, hatırlatma kartları, haftalık özetler ve hedef önerileri Anthropic'in Claude modelleriyle üretilir. Bunun için ilgili içerik — örneğin o haftaki cevaplarınızın bir bölümü — Anthropic'e gönderilir. Anthropic, API üzerinden gönderilen içeriği modellerini eğitmek için kullanmadığını taahhüt eder; bkz. Servise ulaşılamadığında uygulama cihaz içindeki yerel üreticilere düşer; akış bozulmaz.
Partneriniz cevapladığında, size bir not ya da şarkı bıraktığında bildirim gönderebilmek için cihazınızın bildirim jetonu sunucuda saklanır. Bildirimler Apple'ın APNs servisi üzerinden iletilir. İzni istediğiniz an sistem ayarlarından kaldırabilirsiniz.
Şarkı gönderirken yaptığınız arama Apple'ın iTunes Arama servisine iletilir; seçtiğiniz parçanın adı, sanatçısı, kapak görseli ve önizleme bağlantısı kaydedilir. Müzik dinleme geçmişinize erişilmez.
Uygulamada analitik SDK'sı ve reklam yoktur. Reklam tanımlayıcınız okunmaz, izleme izni (ATT) istenmez, hiçbir reklam ağına veri gönderilmez.
Premium abonelik Apple App Store üzerinden işlenir. Ödeme bilgilerinizi (kart numarası vb.) hiçbir zaman görmeyiz.

Silme geri alınamaz ve partnerinizin gördüğü ortak içeriği de etkiler. Dilerseniz aynı talebi hello@ayalistudio.com adresinden de iletebilirsiniz.
Uygulama 13 yaşın altındaki çocuklara yönelik değildir ve bilerek çocuklardan veri toplanmaz.

Twofold (“the app”) is made by Ayali Studio (Ali Sahbaz) for two people who are together. For questions about this policy or data requests: hello@ayalistudio.com
You never provide an email address, password or phone number. On first launch your account is given an anonymous user identity (a randomly generated number), and your records on the server are tied to that number.
The only identifying detail shown in the app is the display name you type yourself. You can use any name; it is not verified and is shown only to your partner.
Pairing happens when one of you passes an invite code to the other.
In case you lose your device, you can link your anonymous identity to your Apple account. If you do, the app-specific user identifier Apple generates — and, if you choose to share it, Apple's private relay email address — is added to your identity record. This link is used only to restore your account on a new device, and it is optional.
The heart of Twofold is two people seeing the same content, so the following is stored on the server (Supabase):
At the database level, only the two members of a couple can reach these records. Developer access is technically possible for maintenance or fault-finding; we use it only at your request or to fix a malfunction.
Your voice answers and the place photos you add are kept in separate file storage, open only to your couple. Deleting a pin or an answer deletes the associated file too.
The map is not a tracking feature. Your location is never followed in the background. It is requested once, at the moment you drop a pin saying “we were here together”, and saved as that pin's coordinate.
Adding places you'd like to go asks for no location at all; the place search runs through Apple's map service. You can withdraw the location permission at any time in system settings and the rest of the app keeps working.
Daily questions, memory cards, weekly summaries and goal suggestions are generated with Anthropic's Claude models. To do that, the relevant content — for example part of that week's answers — is sent to Anthropic. Anthropic commits to not using content submitted through its API to train its models; see the Anthropic Privacy Policy.
When the service can't be reached, the app falls back to local on-device generators and the flow continues.
So we can notify you when your partner answers or leaves you a note or a song, your device's notification token is stored on the server. Notifications are delivered through Apple's APNs service. You can withdraw the permission at any time in system settings.
When you send a song, your search is passed to Apple's iTunes Search service; the title, artist, artwork and preview link of the track you pick are saved. Your listening history is never accessed.
The app contains no analytics SDK and no advertising. Your advertising identifier is not read, no tracking permission (ATT) is requested, and no data is sent to any ad network.
The Premium subscription is processed through the Apple App Store. We never see your payment details.
Your records are kept until you delete them. From the Settings screen in the app you can:
Deletion cannot be undone and affects the shared content your partner sees as well. You can also send the same request to hello@ayalistudio.com.
The app is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect data from children.
These providers process your data only to deliver the service.
You can send access, correction, deletion and portability requests under GDPR and Turkish data protection law (KVKK) to hello@ayalistudio.com; we respond within 30 days at the latest.
This policy may be updated; significant changes will be announced in the app or on this page.
