Kullanım Şartları

1. Kabul

Nüve uygulamasını ("Uygulama") indirerek veya kullanarak bu Kullanım Şartlarını kabul etmiş olursun. Şartları kabul etmiyorsan Uygulamayı kullanma.

2. Lisans

Ayali Studio, Uygulamayı kişisel ve ticari olmayan amaçlarla kullanman için sana devredilemez ve münhasır olmayan bir lisans verir. Uygulamayı kopyalayamaz, dağıtamaz, tersine mühendislik yapamaz veya izinsiz ticari amaçla kullanamazsın.

3. Sağlık ve İyi Oluş Uyarısı (Önemli): Nüve bir kişisel gelişim ve iyi oluş (wellbeing) uygulamasıdır. İçeriği — afirmasyonlar, nefes egzersizleri ve sesler — yalnızca motivasyon ve rahatlama amaçlıdır. Bu içerik tıbbi, psikolojik veya profesyonel bir tavsiye, teşhis ya da tedavi değildir ve bunların yerine geçmez. Sağlıkla ilgili bir sorunun varsa nitelikli bir uzmana danış. Ruhsal sıkıntı ya da kriz yaşıyorsan lütfen bir sağlık profesyoneline veya yerel destek hattına başvur.

4. Abonelikler ve Satın Almalar

Uygulama, isteğe bağlı bir premium abonelik (Nüve+) sunar. Satın almalar Apple App Store üzerinden yapılır ve Apple Media Services şartlarına tabidir.

Güncel fiyatlar ve deneme koşulları satın alma ekranında (paywall) ve App Store'da açıkça gösterilir.
Abonelikler, mevcut dönem bitmeden en az 24 saat önce iptal edilmezse otomatik olarak yenilenir.
Aboneliğini istediğin zaman cihazının App Store hesabı ayarlarından yönetebilir veya iptal edebilirsin.
Varsa ücretsiz deneme süresinin kullanılmayan kısmı, bir abonelik satın alındığında geçersiz olur.

5. Kullanıcı İçeriği

Uygulamada kendi yazdığın afirmasyonlar ve yaptığın ses kayıtları sana aittir ve yalnızca cihazında saklanır. Bu içerikten yalnızca sen sorumlusun. Bu içeriğe erişimimiz yoktur.

6. Fikri Mülkiyet

Uygulama; tasarımı, arayüzü, markası ("Nüve") ve önceden yüklenmiş afirmasyon, ses ve görsel içeriği Ayali Studio'ya aittir ve telif hakkı ile korunur. İzinsiz kopyalanamaz, çoğaltılamaz veya dağıtılamaz.

7. Garanti Reddi

Uygulama "olduğu gibi" ve "mevcut haliyle" sunulur. Uygulamanın kesintisiz, hatasız çalışacağı veya belirli bir amaca uygun olacağı konusunda açık veya zımni bir garanti vermeyiz.

8. Sorumluluğun Sınırlandırılması

Yürürlükteki yasaların izin verdiği ölçüde, Ayali Studio, Uygulamanın kullanımından doğan dolaylı, arızi veya sonuç niteliğindeki zararlardan sorumlu tutulamaz.

9. Değişiklikler

Bu şartları zaman zaman güncelleyebiliriz. Güncel sürüm her zaman bu sayfada yayımlanır ve yukarıdaki tarih güncellenir. Değişiklikten sonra Uygulamayı kullanmaya devam etmen, güncel şartları kabul ettiğin anlamına gelir.

10. Uygulanacak Hukuk

Bu şartlar Türkiye Cumhuriyeti yasalarına tabidir.

Terms of Use

1. Acceptance

By downloading or using the Nüve application (the "App"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

2. License

Ayali Studio grants you a non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, distribute, reverse-engineer, or commercially exploit the App without permission.

3. Health & Wellbeing Disclaimer (Important): Nüve is a personal development and wellbeing app. Its content — affirmations, breathing exercises, and audio — is intended solely for motivation and relaxation. This content is not medical, psychological, or professional advice, diagnosis, or treatment, and is not a substitute for them. If you have a health concern, consult a qualified professional. If you are experiencing emotional distress or a crisis, please contact a health professional or your local support line.

4. Subscriptions & Purchases

The App offers an optional premium subscription (Nüve+). Purchases are made through the Apple App Store and are subject to the Apple Media Services terms.

Current prices and trial conditions are clearly shown on the purchase screen (paywall) and in the App Store.
Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your device's App Store account settings.
Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when a subscription is purchased.

5. User Content

Affirmations you write and voice recordings you make in the App belong to you and are stored only on your device. You are solely responsible for this content. We have no access to it.

6. Intellectual Property

The App — including its design, interface, brand ("Nüve"), and pre-loaded affirmation, audio, and visual content — belongs to Ayali Studio and is protected by copyright. It may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without permission.

7. Disclaimer of Warranty

The App is provided "as is" and "as available." We make no express or implied warranty that the App will operate uninterrupted or error-free, or be fit for a particular purpose.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Ayali Studio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

9. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The current version is always published on this page and the date above is updated. Continuing to use the App after changes means you accept the updated terms.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye.
