Nüve'nin bir sunucusu (backend) yoktur. Uygulama aşağıdaki bilgileri yalnızca cihazında saklar ve hiçbir zaman internete göndermez:

Nüve'de reklam ve takip (tracking) yazılımı yoktur. Verilerin veri simsarlarına satılmaz, başka uygulamalar veya siteler arasında takip edilmezsin.
Ürünü geliştirebilmek için TelemetryDeck (TelemetryDeck GmbH, Almanya) üzerinden kimliksiz kullanım istatistikleri topluyoruz. Gönderilen şey, hangi ekranların ve özelliklerin kullanıldığını gösteren sabit etiketlerden ibarettir — örneğin bir pratiğin tamamlanması, Nüve+ ekranının hangi bölümden açıldığı, bir paylaşımın kart mı video mu olduğu, ses paketinin inip inmediği.
Gönderilmeyenler: afirmasyon metinleri, kendi yazdığın cümleler, ses kayıtların, ismin, favorilerin ve serin. Bunlar cihazından hiç çıkmaz.
Kimlik olarak reklam kimliği (IDFA) veya cihaz kimliği (IDFV) kullanılmaz. Uygulama ilk açıldığında yalnızca o kuruluma ait rastgele bir kimlik üretilir; bu kimlik gönderilmeden önce tuzlanarak şifreli özete (SHA-256) çevrilir ve uygulamayı sildiğinde kaybolur.
Kapatmak için: Ayarlar > Gizlilik > "Anonim kullanım verisi" anahtarını kapat. Kapalıyken tek bir kayıt bile gönderilmez.
Ayrıca Apple'ın App Store Connect üzerinden sağladığı kimliksizleştirilmiş toplu istatistikleri (indirme sayısı, çökme raporları gibi) görebiliriz; bunlar Apple tarafından toplanır ve seni kişisel olarak tanımlamaz.
Nüve 13 yaş altı çocuklara yönelik değildir ve bilerek onlardan veri toplamaz.
Uygulamanın sakladığı her şey (ismin, cümlelerin, kayıtların, favorilerin) yalnızca cihazında durur; silmek istersen uygulama içindeki ilgili ayarları sıfırlayabilir veya uygulamayı kaldırabilirsin. Topladığımız kimliksiz kullanım istatistikleri seni tanımlamadığı için tek tek geri getirilemez ya da silinemez; bunları hiç göndermemek istersen Ayarlar > Gizlilik'ten kapatabilirsin.
Bu politikayı zaman zaman güncelleyebiliriz. Güncel sürümü her zaman bu sayfada yayımlar ve yukarıdaki "son güncelleme" tarihini değiştiririz.

Nüve has no backend server. The app stores the following information only on your device and never sends it over the internet:
All of this data stays in your device's local storage. When you delete the app, this data is deleted as well.
Beyond this, we collect anonymous usage events so we can understand how the app is used. What is sent, and how to turn it off, is described in section 6.
If you use the voice recording feature, the app requests microphone access. Recordings are stored only on your device and are never uploaded to any server. You can revoke this permission at any time in iOS Settings.
Daily affirmation reminders are scheduled locally on your device. No personal data is collected for notifications, and no remote (push) notification server is used.
Premium subscriptions and purchases are processed through the Apple App Store. Payment details are handled by Apple; we do not see or store any credit card or payment information. Apple's privacy policy applies to these transactions.
Nüve contains no advertising or tracking software. Your data is never sold to data brokers, and you are not tracked across other apps or websites.
To improve the product we collect anonymous usage statistics through TelemetryDeck (TelemetryDeck GmbH, Germany). What gets sent is a set of fixed labels showing which screens and features are used — for example that a practice was completed, which part of the app the Nüve+ screen was opened from, whether a share was a card or a video, and whether the audio pack downloaded.
Never sent: affirmation texts, the sentences you write, your recordings, your name, your favourites and your streak. These never leave your device.
No advertising identifier (IDFA) or device identifier (IDFV) is used. When the app first launches it generates a random identifier belonging to that installation only; it is salted and hashed (SHA-256) before being sent, and it disappears when you delete the app.
To turn it off: Settings > Privacy > "Anonymous usage data". While it is off, not a single record is sent.
We can also see anonymized aggregate statistics provided by Apple through App Store Connect (such as download counts and crash reports); these are collected by Apple and do not identify you personally.
Nüve is not directed at children under 13 and does not knowingly collect data from them.
Everything the app stores (your name, your sentences, your recordings, your favourites) stays on your device; you can reset the relevant settings in the app or remove the app to delete it. The anonymous usage statistics we collect do not identify you, so individual records cannot be retrieved or deleted; if you would rather they were never sent, you can turn them off in Settings > Privacy.
We may update this policy from time to time. We will always publish the current version on this page and update the "last updated" date above.
