Kısaca: Monas, numerolojiyi eğlence ve kişisel farkındalık için sunar. İçerikler tavsiye değildir; kararların sana aittir. Premium abonelik Apple üzerinden yürütülür ve istediğin an iptal edilebilir.

1. Kabul

Monas'ı indirerek veya kullanarak bu koşulları kabul etmiş olursun. Uygulama, Ayali Studio (Ali Sahbaz) tarafından geliştirilip yayımlanmaktadır. İletişim: hello@ayalistudio.com

2. Hizmetin Kapsamı

Monas; doğum tarihinden hesaplanan sayılar üzerinden günlük metinler, niyet ritüelleri, okuma raporları, uyum analizleri ve benzeri numeroloji içerikleri sunar. İçeriklerin tamamı önceden yazılmış bir korpustan gelir ve cihazında hesaplanır.

3. İçeriklerin Niteliği (Önemli)

Monas eğlence ve kişisel farkındalık amaçlıdır; tıbbi, hukuki, finansal veya psikolojik tavsiye vermez. Uygulamadaki hiçbir metin bir uzmanın görüşünün yerine geçmez. Sağlığın, paran, ilişkilerin veya hukuki durumunla ilgili kararlarını ilgili alanın uzmanına danışarak ver. Uygulamayı kullanarak aldığın kararların sorumluluğu sana aittir.

4. Premium Abonelik

Premium; aylık veya yıllık, otomatik yenilenen bir aboneliktir ve Apple kimliğine tanımlanır.
Ücret, satın alma onayında App Store hesabından tahsil edilir.
Abonelik, dönem bitiminden en az 24 saat önce iptal edilmediği sürece aynı ücretle otomatik yenilenir.
İptal ve yönetim: App Store → Apple Kimliği → Abonelikler. İptal, mevcut dönemin sonunda geçerli olur.
Varsa ücretsiz deneme süresi, aboneliğe dönüşmeden önce satın alma ekranında açıkça belirtilir; deneme sırasında iptal edersen ücret alınmaz.
Ayrıca Apple'ın standart son kullanıcı lisans sözleşmesi (EULA) geçerlidir.

5. Kişi Defteri ve Üçüncü Kişiler

Kişi defterine eklediğin bilgiler yalnızca cihazında saklanır. Başkalarına ait bilgileri eklerken onların mahremiyetine saygı göstermek senin sorumluluğundadır.

6. Fikri Mülkiyet

Uygulamadaki tüm metinler, tasarım ve markalar Ayali Studio'ya aittir. İçerikler kişisel kullanımın içindir; izinsiz kopyalanamaz, çoğaltılamaz veya ticari olarak kullanılamaz.

7. Sorumluluğun Sınırı

Uygulama "olduğu gibi" sunulur. Yürürlükteki hukukun izin verdiği azami ölçüde, Ayali Studio uygulamanın kullanımından doğan dolaylı zararlardan sorumlu tutulamaz.

8. Değişiklikler

Bu koşulları zaman zaman güncelleyebiliriz. Güncel sürümü her zaman bu sayfada yayımlar ve yukarıdaki "son güncelleme" tarihini değiştiririz. Önemli değişikliklerde uygulama içinden bilgilendirme yapabiliriz.

2. What the Service Is

Monas provides daily texts, intention rituals, reading reports, compatibility analyses, and similar numerology content based on numbers calculated from your birth date. All content comes from a pre-written corpus and is computed on your device.

3. Nature of the Content (Important)

Monas is intended for entertainment and personal awareness; it does not provide medical, legal, financial, or psychological advice. Nothing in the app replaces the opinion of a qualified professional. Make decisions about your health, finances, relationships, or legal matters by consulting the relevant expert. You are responsible for the decisions you make while using the app.

4. Premium Subscription

Premium is an auto-renewing monthly or yearly subscription tied to your Apple ID.
Payment is charged to your App Store account at confirmation of purchase.
The subscription renews automatically at the same price unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
Manage or cancel in App Store → Apple ID → Subscriptions. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period.
If a free trial is offered, its terms are clearly stated on the purchase screen before it converts to a paid subscription; you will not be charged if you cancel during the trial.
Apple's standard end-user license agreement (EULA) also applies.

5. People Book & Third Parties

Information you add to the people book is stored only on your device. When adding information about others, respecting their privacy is your responsibility.

6. Intellectual Property

All texts, designs, and trademarks in the app belong to Ayali Studio. Content is for your personal use; it may not be copied, reproduced, or used commercially without permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

The app is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Ayali Studio cannot be held liable for indirect damages arising from the use of the app.

8. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. We will always publish the current version on this page and update the "last updated" date above. For significant changes, we may notify you within the app.
